Been using it for a few weeks now, and I've noticed a difference. My nerve injury has improved to the point it's not a deterrence anymore. No longer any pain. I feel sleep and supplementation have helped tremendously. I really like it. So far for me it's worked as advertised. I also really like the taste. I'm guessing it's the turmeric but it has a really nice Mustard like are in my mouth. Very pleasant to take. I also really love how clean the ingredients are. No harmful things hiding under the "other ingredients" label. You want as little "other ingredients" as possible if none at all(most preferred) . All in all I'm very happy with this and would highly reccomended it to anyone especially concerned about nerves/nerve damage/nerve repair. Ultimately sleep and time heals the nerve but the supplement 100% helped, aided recovery, and reinforces nerves I feel to prevent future injuries. Since I've been taking this I havent aggravated my nerve injury not even once and have felt great
